Windows Email Setup

This page shows the email setup for Microsoft Outlook 2003, click the button above to display the email setup for other email clients.

You can always access your email using
ACS Webmail, click this
link to view instructions on how to do this.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 Email Set up

This is the view of your Inbox in Outlook 2003, to setup an account follow the screen shots below
|

|
|
Sometimes a wizard will start to help you setup an email account, if you do not see the wizard,
click on Tools then E-mail Accounts...
|
|
|
|
When the E-mail Accounts box opens, make sure the dot in in Add a new email account
Click Next
|
|
|
|
In the Server Type box, select POP3
Click Next
|
|
|
|
You will need to enter your email settings here:
User Information
Your Name: real name (or business name - this identifies who is sending the email)
E-mail Address: username@arvig.net
Logon Information
User Name: username
Password: *************
Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop3.arvig.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.arvig.net
Click Next

Click Finsh
|

|
After returning to your Inbox click on Send\Receive to receive your email
