Windows Email Setup

This page shows the email setup for Microsoft Outlook 2007, click the button above to display the email setup for other email clients.

ACS Webmail, click this
link to view instructions on how to do this.

Microsoft Outlook 2007 Email Set up
|

|
Click the icon on your desk top or the program in All Programs
|
|
|
|
When the program opens, click on Tools and left click on Account Settings...
|
|
|
|
Make sure you are on the E-mail tab and click on New...
|
|
|
|
On the Auto Account Setup box, we recommend checking the "Manually configure server settins or additional server types" check box
in the lower left corner
Click Next
|
|
|
|
On the Choose E-mail Service box, make sure the Internet E-mail circle has a dot in it
Click Next
|
|
|
|
You will need to enter your email settings here:
User Information
Your Name: real name (or business name - this identifies who is sending the email)
E-mail Address: username@arvig.net
Server Information
Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop3.arvig.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.arvig.net
Logon Information
User Name: username
Password: *************
Click Next

Click Finish

Click on Send and Receive to test the account and receive new email
