This page shows the email setup for Mozilla Thunderbird, click the button above to display the email setup for other email clients.

You can always access your email using
ACS Webmail, click this
link to view instructions on how to do this.

Mozilla Thunderbird Email Set up
|
|
|
Click on the Thunder Bird icon on your desktop
|
|
|
|
Click on Tools then Account Settings...
|
|
|
|
When Account Setting opens, click on Add Account
|
|
|
|
Select Email account and click Next
|
|
|
|
Type in Your Name: and Email Address:
|
|
|
|
Select POP and for the Incoming Server: pop3.arvig.net
Click Next
|
|
|
|
You will see your username entered in both the Incoming User Name: and Outgoing User Name:
Click Next
|
|
|
|
You can change your Account Name: if disired
Click Next
|
|
|
|
Congratulations! verify the information
Click Finish
|
|
|
|
Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) on the left side, then the Add... button on the right.
Enter Server Name: smtp.arvig.net, Port: 25
Use name and password: remove check mark
Use secure connection: No
Click OK, Click OK again...
|

The email account should be set up, click on Get Mail, upper left, to test the account
