  •   Connecting to ACS While Traveling

ACS offers a 1-800-922-9442 phone number with special rates
when you need to connect using long distance
There is a $6.50/hour charge for this service

You could also type 1-218- and enter your local connection number
The rates for this connection would be higher

You would then enter your username and password

Note: Many times Hotels or Motels offer Free Internet Access
You will have to manually enter the long distance number in the dialer you use to connect to ACS.
To view how to set this up on your computer go to Getting Started/ Configuring Your Dialup Network
Another method to access the internet involves using a service that ACS has formed a partnership with. The service is called iPass, it uses over 3000 access points throughout 150 countries.
This service is ideal for businesses with mobile workers. To view a page of frequently asked question and other information about the service click on the image to the left.
