A Few of Our Policies

Deposit:  A non-refundable deposit of $250 per cabin-week ($500 for Cabin 7) and/or $100 per camping unit per visit will confirm your reservation. Reservations are automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within 10 calendar days, unless other arrangements are made with us.

Payment:  The balance of your cabin or campsite reservation is due upon arrival, unless other arrangements are made with us.

Groups reserving 3 or more cabin- and/or campsite-weeks are required to prepay the base amount of the reservation 90 days prior to the beginning of the reserved period. The balance of group reservations, including charges for additional people, pets, and sales tax, is due upon arrival, unless other arrangements are made with us.

Cancellations Deposits are nonrefundable. You are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation if you cancel less than 90 days from the reserved time and we are unable to rent the cabin or campsite for the period of your reservation. In the event you are unable to fulfill your reservation, you may find another party to fulfill it for you, with our approval.

Registration:  All guests are required to register with the office upon arrival.

Pets:  Well behaved pets are permitted. Prior approval is required and there is a charge as listed in the current rate sheet. Pets must be kept leashed at all times, and immediate clean up of waste is required. If your pet is not well behaved or is found unattended in the camping area or a cabin, you may be requested to find local boarding for your pet for the remainder of your visit.  Pets are not allowed in the swimming, beach, or playground areas.  There are areas for pet swimming at the north and south ends of the beach - ask us.

Personal Watercraft: Personal watercraft and all drivers must have prior approval from us before launching.  Strict adherence to Minnesota rules and regulations for personal watercraft operation is expected.  Guests in violation may be requested to beach the watercraft for the duration of their stay.
